These terms of use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the showcase website presenting the Kontract project, published by CC Engineering (hereinafter “the publisher”). By browsing this site, you accept these Terms without reservation. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is strictly informational and promotional. Kontract is a game project; no game application is offered for download on this site, and no paid or contractual transaction is concluded by merely viewing the pages. The features described (rules, FAQ, etc.) describe the product as envisioned; they may change before official release.
